near the centre of town close to all the services. The city centre and the main shopping street, Laugavegur, are nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, as well as fitness centres. It is also only a few minutes walk to Perlan, the outdoor geothermal swimming pool in Laugardalur (spa and health centre), and the oldest swimming pool in Reykjavik, Sundhollin at Baronstigur.
