The Farmhouse Efri-Vik is situated in the south-east part of Iceland,
5 km south of Kirkjubaejarklaustur.
It is surrounded by glaciers and volcanoes.
In the close surroundings you can enjoy the largest lava known in historic time Skaftareldahraun, which came from the volcano Laki.
The saga says that this particular eruption among other things
caused the French revolution!!!
