Blue Lagoon Iceland

The water´s temperature is 37-39°C / 98-102°F. The lagoon holds six million liters of geothermal seawater, which is renewed every 40 hours. Regular sampling shows that “common” bacteria do not thrive in this ecosystem, thus additional cleansers such as chlorine are not needed.

• A relaxing in-water treatment or an indoor massage.
• Applying Blue Lagoon silica mud mask provided in boxes around the lagoon.
• A rest at the relaxing area on the second floor of the indoor lagoon area while enjoying a view of the Blue Lagoon.
• Having refreshments at Lagoon bar which can be conveniently credited to your bracelet (the key to your locker) and paid upon departure.
• An energizing massage under the Blue Lagoon waterfall.
• A geothermal steam bath and sauna followed by a refreshing cold water sprinkle.
• A pre-dinner drink at Lava Bar and spectacular view from the viewing platform for a picture-perfect moment.
